Great work with great people. The two go hand-in-hand. When great people come together, work becomes play and amazing things happen. That's always my goal when I run a project: to find the cool, the interesting, the weird. I find the passion in a brand or experience, and in the people I work with. Over my 17 years in the design industry, I've had to wear many hats. First and foremost designer, but when needed— stylist, copywriter, strategist, economist, developer and even janitor. But every time a job changes, and adapting to a new challenge is required, I find the joy in my work and bring it out in those that I collaborate with. Simply put: great work with great people.
